How to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online within 24 hrs of placing the order by calling or Whatsapp at +91 7708608380 or sending an email to contactcraftsaloha@gmail.com. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
How long will it take to process cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and 3-4 days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
Whom should we contact to get the money transferred of the cancelled product?
Refunds are at sole discretion of the seller and will be accepted and done only after one to one email communication or telephone communication with the customer who has placed order on website. Your refunds will be deposited back to your preferred mode of payment chosen at the time of checkout.
Whom should we contact for damages?
For damages occurred during transit and damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. The company cannot be held responsible for the damages. No refunds will be issued under such conditions.
